Hamza facilitated a fleet of 400+ cars to switch from Cordic to Icabbi, this included training staff, training drivers and structuring the back end.
As we are familiar with the day to day operations as well as the day to day issues our clients might face, we have discussed the possibilities and implemented the value additions there are to enhance the service provided in Pakistan which makes us confident that we can deliver a competitive, courteous and professional call answering service.
