Upon calling registering with Central Cars Morley on our website/s or through a mobile phone application a user may book an Central Cars Morley taxi (“member”) using location based technology on the website/s or mobile phone, Central Cars Morley will use the location services of your network operator to help identify your approximate location, Central Cars Morley will ask you to confirm that the pick up location that has been identified is correct and it is the responsibility of the user to amend that address/location if it isn’t correct.
The service is being provided to you under these terms and conditions and any operating rules, policies, and procedures as currently published on this website and/or informed to users by Central Cars Morley and/or its members (including without limitation in respect of the cost, data protection policy and cancellation of the service).

For you to view your personal information it will be very easy to view your data by signing into your account.

If you decide to stop using our service & delete the app then all your personal information will be removed with it. The only historical data that will be retained will be journeys completed with time & travel patterns.

If a booking is placed Via our (App) and you have selected to ‘pay by card,’ Central Cars (Morley) have the right if, any payment fails or any monies are outstanding for the journey to retry the payment for up to 14day after the payment fails to recover any outstanding amounts.
We will notify you via the email address provided to Central Cars (Morley) clearly stating ‘RECOVERY OF PREVIOUS FAILED PAYMENT’
We do not have access to any details at any time as they are held by a third party payment processor however any failed payments will grant the system to re check for up to 14 days in order to recover any monies owed.
