As COO, my team has the responsibility for all elements of the Customer experience post initial sale – from system implementation through Support to Customer Success Management. Our success as a company is directly related to that of our customers. My ultimate aim is therefore to ensure that all of our fleets are happy and healthy and using the power of iCabbi’s software to deliver on their key business goals.
I joined iCabbi in 2018 at a very exciting time for the company, entering into an ambitious scale-up following strategic investment. Having previously navigated start-ups through high-growth challenges to become global leaders, and with vast experience working in strategic operations for multinationals such as Ericsson, BAE Systems, and the European Space Agency, I’ve relished the opportunity to bring my area of expertise to the iCabbi journey.
We’re at a pivotal time for both the taxi business and Mobility in general. There are literally so many moving parts at present which means that the landscape is changing very quickly. I believe iCabbi is uniquely placed to take a lead role in shaping this evolution, and I’m passionate about the contribution I can make as part of the Leadership team to ensure we do.
When I’m not working, I’m a big football fan, though that’s questioned when I own up to supporting Notts County (relegated out of the football league in 2019).
